I am excited to be sending along a newsletter about one of my favorite subjects—barbecue! As a longtime North Carolina resident, barbecue is something I take seriously, and so we consulted a local food expert: North Carolinian Scott Mason. Obviously I prefer pork with a vinegar based sauce, Eastern style.
